Joe DeGroot is a highly experienced Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with an impressive 35-year career in the financial world. Throughout his professional journey, Joe has dedicated much of his career to the real estate industry. Over the past 25 years, he has acquired invaluable insights into the unique financial challenges and demands associated with real estate, enabling him to meticulously compile financial statements and successfully manage a diverse assortment of real estate accounts.

Joe's passion for the inner workings of real estate and the art of property management led him to join the Spaulding Group team in April of 2023. Since assuming the role of Director of Accounting at Spaulding Group, he has played a pivotal role in the implementation of industry-leading best practices. These initiatives have resulted in a substantial growth in the productivity and operational efficiency of the accounting department.
