In May of 2023, Steve Ceithamer joined Spaulding Group as the Director of Facilities and Engineering. In this role, Steve is responsible for upholding the quality and functionality of Spaulding Group's diverse portfolio of buildings and facilities. His attention to detail and vast experience ensure that every aspect of the company's real estate assets is maintained to the highest standards. Additionally, Steve is involved in the recruitment and development of the exceptional service technician team.
